1. You are now allowed to use any kind of harmful softwares that may influence the game
- Not allowed to use cheats, hacks, dupes, accelerators.- Not allowed to abuse bugs or errors in the game.
- By creating an account on AsgarthMu you agree to report any errors encountered in the game.
Penalty: Permanent account suspension and if necessary permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
2. The user will not take responsibilities, or act as a Game Master, or as Admin
- Do not ask for privileges from administrators.- Do not deceive others posing as a friend, relative or acquaintance of the administrators.
- Do not take proper attributions of a Game Master (suspend account, block characters, award prizes, etc).
Penalty: Permanent account suspension and if necessary permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
3. No serious insults are allowed
- Not allowed to use any serious insults, or threat the players and / or the server.
- Not allowed to discriminate players because of their birth place, physical condition, mentality, sexual, religious or political orientation or use offensive words towards their families.
- Do not take proper attributions of a Game Master (suspend account, block characters, award prizes, etc).
Penalty: Warning and / or suspension of the character and / or account, depending on the severity of the insult.
4. The user must use his own real email
The user will use his own email to register since this is the way to recognize you as account holder.
It is your responsibility to keep this information secret.
If you lose your email you will not be able to change your personal information or receive support.
Penalty: Cease of technical support . Optional and preventive suspension of the account.
5. Offensive or discriminatory names and similar names to staff members are not allowed
- This rule is also available for guild names.
Penalty: Permanent suspension of the character, or account. Guild deletion.
6. Disrespect towards our server or staff members is not allowed
- The user does not despises our work, or insult our staff.
Penalty: Permanent suspension of the account, IP and / or associated accounts.
7. Fraud and / or theft attempts are not allowed
- The fraud and / or theft attempts must be reported through screenshot (s) to be valid as evidence.- Sending reports with edited screenshots will be considered an attempt to scam the server administration.
- Read our report rules before making a complaint.
Penalty: Permanent suspension of the account and / or associated accounts if necessary.
8. Not allowed to advertise other servers or websites
- Public disclosure of other servers, sites, pornography or download of any kinds is not allowed.
Penalty: Permanent suspension of the account.
9. Not allowed to trade / exchange accounts
- You can not commercialize, give, receive, or trade accounts .
- You can not trade accounts, characters or items for real money in this community.
- Not allowed to request data to other users.
Penalty: Permanent suspension of the account. Cease of technical support.
10. Guilds must comply with these rules
Choice of name and flag: Not to be insulting, discriminatory, or use a title similar to our staff.
Penalty: Guild deletion. Permanent suspension of the guild master.
Permanent: The guild must have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 40 members to avoid deletion. (We will check every week to see if same person has multiple characters in guild, and if they are actually active to prevent space filling members)
We encourage guilds to participate in guild wars and soccer matches to gain points which may be beneficial at a later date.
Guild points may be earned from /guildwar (1) or /battlesoccer (3).
Penalty: Guild deletion. Permanent suspension of the guild master.
11. Donating for Credits represent no privileges and will not be a reason to make exceptions from rules.
Penalty for demanding privileges: Permanent Account Suspension.
12. The user may not request items, zen, editing of any kind or favors from staff members to get advantages (any type of them) towards the rest of players.
Penalty: At the urging and warning of the player, the staff members may disconnect and / or suspend the user's account for a certain time that is considered necessary until the player understands this rule.
13. Global Chat ( /post ) Rules
- Only english will be allowed on global chat
- If you really got no english language skills at all you may post in your own language but make sure you do not spam the global chat
- Discussions on global chat between two players will be kept on private messaging feature or Mu Friend chat or conference
- Inadequate/bad language in any language used on global chat will be punished accordingly
- PM will not be punished since pm's can be blocked, so if you are getting harrassed just turn the pm off or ignore the person and report it to an admin for further investigation of the situation.
